Welcome to MYRPW.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MYRPW application, website, services, and features.

• Contains child sexual abuse material
• Involves grooming or sexual exploitation of minors
• Threatens, blackmails, stalks, or harasses others
• Promotes violence or unlawful hatred
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates another person's privacy or legal rights
• Facilitates fraud, scams, phishing, or impersonation
• Contains malware or harmful links
• Violates applicable law or MYRPW policies

4. Ownership of User Content

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent provided by applicable law.

By submitting User Content to MYRPW, you grant MYRPW a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, provide, secure, and improve the service.

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to MYRPW.

5. Content Moderation and Enforcement

MYRPW may take action against content or accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

Actions may include:

• Removing content
• Restricting visibility
• Limiting features
• Issuing warnings
• Suspending accounts
• Terminating accounts
• Reporting matters to competent authorities where required or appropriate

6. Reporting and Blocking

MYRPW provides reporting and blocking functionality where supported by the relevant feature.

Users must not intentionally abuse the reporting system by submitting false or malicious reports.

7. Messaging and Communications

MYRPW may provide text messaging, voice, video, live, Room, or other communication features.

You must use these features lawfully and respectfully.

You must not use them for harassment, threats, exploitation, fraud, blackmail, or distribution of prohibited content.

8. Purchases and Payments

MYRPW may offer subscriptions, virtual items, coins, gifts, products, or other paid features.

Payments may be processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, payment providers, or other authorized platforms depending on the platform and product.

Purchases may also be subject to the applicable platform's terms, billing rules, and refund policies.

9. MYRPW Intellectual Property

MYRPW and its licensors retain all rights in the MYRPW application, software, brand, trademarks, logos, interface, designs, and other MYRPW-owned materials.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit MYRPW-owned materials without authorization.

10. Third-Party Services

MYRPW may integrate with third-party services, platforms, links, or technologies.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

MYRPW is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

11. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

We do not guarantee that MYRPW will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYRPW is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee that User Content is accurate, appropriate, reliable, complete, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MYRPW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Account Suspension and Termination

You may request account deletion through the available account controls or through:https://myrpw.com/account-deletion

MYRPW may suspend or terminate accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, prevent abuse or fraud, or comply with applicable law.
